What types of commissions do you offer?

I offer digital illustrations, animations, and custom vector designs tailored to your needs.

I base my pricing on an hourly pay rate that will be discussed in our e-mail exchange. Certain additions or excessive revision requests may result in additional charges that will also be discussed with you. I offer two methods of payment based on the scale of project and estimated add-ons.

Option A: Pay half of the estimated cost up front, then the calculated remaining balance before delivery of final product.

Option B: Pay the entire amount up front and waive the cost of additions or revision requests with the stipulation that your revision request limit will be set at 5 revisions included in the cost of the commission. Any additional changes or additions could incur additional charges.

I can currently only accept payments through Cashapp and Ko-Fi transactions.

Please fill out the request form at the bottom of this page. Try to include as many details in text that you would like included. Reference images can be provided in response to my email reply as well as any answers to questions I may have about your inquiry. I do accept AI generated images as reference, though I prefer they be used more for color/compositional purposes (I will not draw a 1:1).

Turnaround time depends on the project scope and complexity, typically ranging from one week to a few months. I will keep in regular contact to share updates and take revision requests as needed. It is up to my discretion how many revisions I will allow up to a certain point in the project's progress. If you have any questions feel free to include in your inquiry.

Copyright and Usage

• I, Rosie Elise (the artist):

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) give permission or break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

• You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.) without signing a royalties agreement.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without signing a royalties agreement.

• The following is considered copyright infringement:​

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

• In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.

Cancellation Policy

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission. If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. You will then receive the work as is.

If you wish to cancel the commission after the work has started, you can be issued a refund but agree to pay the kill fee.
